Notes from CALL SAL
The brand film opens the door. The AI system runs the shop.
This note is about the film work. The current book is a free 30-minute personalized AI Zoom demo at callsal.app.
A brand film is how a stranger decides you look real. The AI system is how that stranger becomes a booked job instead of a compliment in the views count. I run both. I am Salman Chowdhury. CALL SAL is one person in the GTA, not a house with a lobby.
The film opens the door. The teammates keep the door from swinging shut when you are on a job in Milton or stuck in Toronto traffic. If you only want the offer terms, read what you actually get from the free film and the 30-minute Meet. This note is about why those two pieces belong together.
Why a film is the first thing people see
A stranger on Google has a few seconds. They see photos you took three years ago, or a clip shot in a doorway, or nothing. A short film shot on a RED KOMODO-X is a different first impression. It is the shop moving. It is your face saying what you do, in a room that is actually yours.
I will not invent a Toronto production price and then subtract it as a gift. Other pages publish ranges. Those are their numbers. Mine is simpler. The film is free if you take a 30-minute Google Meet with me about AI that can save thousands and grow leads. You still get the film if you want nothing else.
The film is also useful after the first impression. It can sit on the site, on the profile, and in a text when someone asks “who are you.” It does not replace reviews. Recent reviews still matter, and Shopify’s 2026 write-up of BrightLocal’s survey is the source I cite in how to get more Google reviews. The film and the reviews do different jobs. One is the look. One is the proof from other people.
What the film cannot do is answer the phone at 7:40 p.m. It cannot text a missed call. It cannot offer Tuesday at 2. It cannot ask for the review when you forget. If you only hang a film on a shop that still leaks, you get a prettier leak.
What has to happen after someone watches
They call, write, or book. That is the only after that counts. If they call and you are in a ceiling, the next step is the catch I describe in missed calls for Toronto service shops and after-hours leads.
If they write and sit, the next step is a short follow-up sequence that ends in a time, not a “we will call you.” See AI follow-up without more ads and booking without phone tag.
If they hire you and leave happy, the next step is the official Google review link. Then the next stranger sees the film and the fresh reviews together.
That loop is the shop. The film is the open. The loop is the run. I run the loop with Grok Bot teammates. I do not hand you a DIY course and wish you luck on Sunday.
Statistics Canada’s Q2 2026 AI-use figures are the reason I refuse the course. Forty percent of Canadian businesses said AI was not relevant. Among the smallest firms that already used AI, only 10.7 percent hired outside help. The rest try a chat app, get tired, and go back to Recents. I wrote that contrast in ChatGPT on your phone vs Grok Bot teammates and one person, not six tools.
How the Meet covers both without making the film a hostage
Thirty minutes. Google Meet. We talk about the shop and the film idea. We also talk about the teammates that can save thousands and grow leads from the people who already found you. Growing leads means keeping them, not buying a louder ad the same week the inbox is ignored.
If it is a fit, we book the two-hour shoot on the call. One hour you talking. One hour the business moving. Film in 72 hours. If it is not a fit to hire me, I still make the film. That sentence is the offer. I will keep saying it because people wait for the catch.
If you do hire, the close is $500 one-time. I will not publish a pretend inventory of every agent I will switch on. The Meet is where your path gets specific. Phone, forms, calendar, review link. The four topics people ask about are still the same: agents on email and tasks, data moving between apps, one shoot into a month of assets, and helpers that qualify, book, and follow up. Those topics are the Meet. They are not a condition of the film.
Who this is for: owner-run businesses in Toronto, Mississauga, Milton, Oakville, Burlington, and Hamilton. Who this is not: a production-house invoice, a hire-or-lose gift, or a full agency package. This is one short brand film, and a person who can run the system behind it.
Book the Meet at callsal.app or promo.callsal.app. Call 905-749-0266. Write info@callsal.app if you need to move. I follow up with the Google Meet link after you pick a time.
Hang the film where people can see it. Let the teammates catch the people who just did. That is the shop I want to help you run.
